What is atx fit and what am i about…

It's pretty simple.. Helping people achieve their goals and get the results they want through customized plans and promoting healthy life style changes. 

Over the last 13 years of personal training and coaching, I have worked with clients of every age range, every goal and ability level. Not one person is the same as the other. With that said, I believe there is not one strength or nutrition program that will work for everyone. So when always asked "What is your training style?", the simple answer is that it just depends on the client. 

I will be the first to say that there is most definitely no permanent quick fix. If that is what you're looking for, my programs will not be for you. I want people to not only achieve their goals but maintain them, set new goals, and keep crushing them. That's why I believe it has to be a lifestyle change.   • Losing anywhere up to 200 pounds, and keeping it off

  • Gaining pro cards in natural physique competitions. (Male and Female)

  • Improve atheltic abilities at the highest level. This includes strength, explosiveness, power, and quicker movements in all directions.

  • Run 5k’s for some and up to full Ironman competitions for others.

  • Just improving daily life functioning from feeling and moving better.

Now as far as myself, I have earned multiple certifications through The Cooper Institute and NASM. I also am a professional natural physique competitor through the NFF. The gym is my passion and my stress relief at the same time. I was born and raised here in the Austin area and have played competitive soccer throughout my whole life. Drawing is a hobby of mine and am an absolutely foodie. 

I will ask a lot of my clients and will expect them to put in max effort in every aspect of it because that is what I will be giving as well. If you are committed, I can get you to your goals. Let's take this ride together!
