$175 per month

The great thing about this option is that i can help anybody from anywhere. here is what is included with the online program..

  • initial 30 minute phone conversation. This is used to find out more about you, where you are, where you want to be. This information will allow me to customize the program towards you.

  • Personalized strength training program. based off of your current physical abilities, the workouts will tailored to you and what you have available. Along with the workouts will be exercise videos to make sure you are taught on what i want.

  • Nutrition program. Once again, this is completely customized to you. I will ask all my clients to log their food, so there is no guessing when it comes to progress. From there you will have the flexibility on food choices to hit your macro goals

  • Cardio Program. Depending on what your goal is will set what kind of cardio program you will be executing. There will be no guesswork as everything will be laid out for you.

  • Weekly check ins. This will be through different means of communication as well as measurements and weight check ins. There is also unlimited support so anytime there is ever any questions, let me know right away and let’s get them figured out.

  • The online programs apply to everyone. Whether you are in competition season, want to lean out or lose weight, or want to gain lean mass.



One on one personal training

$75 per session *each month is paid in full at the beginning of the month

What is included with one on one training? Well let’s break it down..

  • Customized nutrition plan based off of current status and goals. Will explain macro nutrients and how to count and log them. Will always stay up to date with how the nutrition program is going by checking your food log weekly. The nutrition will be the biggest component of your success so I will always be spending a lot of time ensuring that you are right where you need to be.

  • Structured strength training program. There will be no just throwing random workouts and exercises out there in order to have a “tough” workout. Everything will be properly set up to always maximize each workout and constantly work on progressions through everything we do.

  • With the structured program, the benefit of the one on one will be that I am there to make sure everything is done correctly and efficiently. Slight adjustments in form can mean you are either targeted the appropriate muscle groups or over stressing on joints. Make sure to safely build that lean muscle!

  • Cardio program. Typically I will see clients 2-3x a week and with just those 2 hours, that is not enough to hit whatever goals you might have. So along with strength training “homework”, there will be cardio as well. There is no guessing on what you need to do here because I will lay it all out there.

  • Accountability. Huge factor here for most people. You can have all the knowledge in the world when it comes to this but it you lack the motivation to actually get to the gym, then that knowledge doesn’t do a whole lot of good. Knowing someone is waiting on you can make all the difference on showing up. Same goes for getting the food logged. I will always be checking.
