If you are looking to reach your goals, then Jon is the trainer for you! I've been an athlete my entire life and it wasn't until I started to train with Jon that I was able to transform my body and be in the best shape of my life. I've set many goals anywhere from losing weight and body fat, to gaining muscle, increasing my vertical jump, and competing in a physique competition and wining!!, And I was able to accomplish every single one of them with the help of Jon. He truly knows the right balance between exercise and nutrition. Nutrition plays a MAJOR part of living a healthy lifestyle. He's supportive, encouraging, genuine, and will push you to be the best you can be!! He has a wealth of knowledge in multiple areas of fitness to where I don't plan on changing trainers anytime soon!

I have been training with Jon for several years. He has helped me to lose over 100lbs! His knowledge of proper form and what works best for each individual is spot on. Jon not only knows his stuff about the work out part but nutrition. Jon is able to set you up in a plan that fits you not a cookie cutter diet. Jon is very personable and makes you feel really comfortable. If you have been training and working out for years or have never step foot in a gym Jon is your guy. Since I have started training with Jon Henson I have lost 70lbs. Jon is in rare form when it comes to a trainer. He is dedicated to each and every one of his clients and truly wants to help them meet their goals. Jon has helped me by creating meal plans and workouts designed specifically for me and my goals, and throughout the whole process he has been committed to making sure I stay on track. His ability to design a program that works for anyone and meets their specific training goals is quite amazing. Whether it be for someone who has limited time, travels or has no access to a gym he can create a solution for any problem. Jon is a knowledgeable, caring, and innovative trainer. He has all the certifications one would expect in addition to being well read and connected with the training and competition culture in Austin. Jon carefully monitors my progress as I vacillate between getting bigger, more cut, or striving for new PR's. He always has a new plan to try or a tweak on an old favorite move, and imaginatively creates achievable goals for me. He watches to be sure I do not injure myself or aggravate an existing condition. Besides all that, he is a good conversationalist who doesn't let the time drift away between sets. He's got a positive personality which comes through his "can do" attitude as we work together. I would highly recommend him for general fitness, weight gain or reduction, or competition preparation.
